Bert works at the forefront of cultural and technological innovation and his artwork gives voice to people who have been marginalized, silenced, and overlooked. His artworks draw metaphorical relationships between the journeys of migrants, harsh and inhospitable desert landscapes, and the commodification and objectification of American values. Nevada’s PreK-12 educators are invited to a special in-person back-to-school night. Enjoy access to the Museum’s exhibitions, a DJ, small bites and a bar. Participate in hands-on activities and a raffle.
