Educator Evening: Learning Cultural History Through Maps and Art

Join Megan Bellister, Nell J. Redfield Curator of Learning and Engagement, for a discussion with educators about a visual language that conveys stories of food, water, life and people using the exhibition We Were Lost in Our Country. Learn how to connect art, science, and social studies using standards-based strategies. Presentation followed by a wine reception.
 
Educator Evenings are a FREE professional development series presented by the Nevada Museum of Art. These in-person offerings provide state-approved professional development hours for participation.
